Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026. This Policy explains how Lockon (“we,” “us”) handles information when you use our websites and related interfaces for Lockon, $LOCK, Host–Rider markets, and Genesis Host LOCKED PEPE ($LPEPE).

1. What we collect

Depending on how you use Lockon, we may process:

  • Wallet addresses you voluntarily submit or connect (for example Solana addresses for airdrop check-in, claims, or launch/register flows).
  • X (Twitter) OAuth identity if you authorize X login for airdrop or related eligibility (such as account identifiers, handle, and profile fields X returns to our app).
  • Local storage and cookies in your browser (for example theme preference, UI state, mock or session flags). Some data stays only on your device until you clear it.
  • Server logs and technical data when you request pages or APIs we operate — such as IP address, user agent, referrer, timestamps, and request paths — used for hosting, security, and debugging.
  • On-chain / public blockchain data that is already public (transactions, balances, token holdings). We may read public chain data to power UI features; that data is not “collected from you” in the traditional sense but may be associated with a wallet you use.
  • Communications you send us through official channels (for example support messages via X or community links).

We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Never share them with anyone claiming to represent Lockon.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the site and related interfaces;
  • Run airdrop and reward eligibility, anti-abuse, and fraud-prevention checks;
  • Remember preferences (such as day/night theme) and basic product state;
  • Diagnose errors, monitor uptime, and protect against attacks;
  • Comply with law and enforce our Terms of Service;
  • Communicate about product updates when you contact us or opt into official channels.

3. Third parties

The Service links to or integrates with third parties that have their own privacy practices. We do not control those services. Examples include:

  • X / Twitter OAuth for identity used in airdrop or related flows;
  • Wallet providers (browser extensions and apps you choose to connect);
  • Market / chart / trading outbound links such as DexScreener, GMGN, Pump, and similar tools;
  • Hosting, DNS, CDN, analytics, or RPC providers that may process technical logs when you load the site or fetch chain data.

When you leave Lockon for a third-party site or approve a wallet prompt, that party’s terms and privacy policy apply. Review them before connecting or trading.

4. No sale of personal data

We do not sell your personal information for money. We also do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense of “sale” or “share” under common U.S. state privacy laws, except as needed to operate the Service with processors or as required by law.

5. Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — for example, airdrop eligibility records for the duration of a campaign plus a reasonable period for dispute and abuse review; server logs for shorter operational windows unless needed for security investigations; and localStorage until you clear your browser. On-chain data remains on public ledgers indefinitely and is outside our control.

6. Security limits

We take reasonable measures to protect systems we operate. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure. Blockchain interactions, wallet compromises, phishing, and third-party breaches can expose information or assets. You are responsible for securing your devices and wallets.

7. International transfers

Lockon may be hosted or administered from servers and vendors in multiple countries. If you access the Service from outside those locations, your information may be processed in the United States or other regions that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country. Where required, we rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms or your consent / contract necessity as permitted by applicable law.

8. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 18 (or the higher age of majority where you live). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us via official Lockon channels and we will take appropriate steps to delete it where required.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to appeal a denial of a privacy request where state law provides it.

To exercise rights, contact us via the official Lockon X account or other official site channels. We may need to verify your request (for example by confirming control of a wallet address or X account associated with the data). Some information cannot be deleted from public blockchains.

If you use only localStorage on your device, you can clear it through your browser settings. Disconnecting a wallet or revoking X app access in X settings stops future OAuth access from that connection.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after an update means you acknowledge the revised Policy. Material changes may also be highlighted via the site or official social channels when practical.

11. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact us via the official Lockon X account or other official channels linked from this site. Do not send seed phrases or private keys.
