Lockon product rules

Full economic model and Host / Rider rules. English UI.

One-line model

Riders trade against a Host. On Rider / Host markets, the deployer chooses a trading fee of 1% (default), 2%, or 3% — same rate on buy and sell, paid in Host token — then split 50% Host burn / 30% deployer / 20% treasury of the fee taken. That treasury 20% (Host token — early: LPEPE) is sold for SOL: 50% of the SOL buys and burns $LOCK; 50% buys $LOCK for holder rewards.

$LOCK trades are different: 1% buy and 1% sell, and 100% of those fees go to the protocol treasury — no Host burn, no deployer share, and no 50/30/20 split.

Early Host growth: a Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL (SOL-equivalent depth) qualifies to become a Host — no sustained 48h / 72h hold. Auto-upgrade / eligibility is the main path; a light confirm verifies mint and pool once eligible.

Confirm Host ≠ Launch Rider. Hosts are quote / burn surfaces. $LOCK is the protocol flywheel coin — not a Host.

Roles

RoleWhat it isNotes
Host Quote coin Riders trade against Pool depth above 20 SOL qualifies (early: no 48h/72h hold) · light confirm once eligible · no large fee · a good Host backs its Riders & helps grow their communities · liq drop → Riders remap to LPEPE
Rider Token created on Lockon, attached to a Host Priced against Host token; fees paid in Host; above 20 SOL depth → eligible to become Host (early); a good Host backs the Rider
Protocol treasury Rider / Host: 20% of the chosen fee (Host). $LOCK: 100% of buy/sell fees Rider treasury 20% Host is sold for SOL: 50% buys & burns $LOCK · 50% buys $LOCK for holder rewards. $LOCK fees stay 100% treasury.
$LOCK Lockon platform coin Not a Host. Its own fees (1% buy + 1% sell) go 100% to treasury — no Host burn, no deployer share, no 50/30/20
Deployer Rider creator Claims Host-token fee share on Rider / Host markets only

Host ≠ $LOCK. LOCKED PEPE / LPEPE (or any registered Host) is a quote / burn target. $LOCK is the Lockon Token, and $LOCK trades do not use the Rider 50/30/20 fee split.

Stack layers & dual-role

Hosts sit under Riders that quote them. A Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL may become a Host and host the next layer. Each token can host up to two layers of Riders. The same token can be both Host and Rider (dual-role).

  1. Layer 0 — base Host (e.g. LPEPE), pool depth above 20 SOL.
  2. Layer 1 — Riders quoted vs that Host.
  3. Layer 2 — a Layer-1 Rider that clears above 20 SOL becomes a Host; new Riders quote it (second Rider layer).
  • Two layers of Riders max per token; dual-role OK on token detail (show Hosted Riders + Hosted by).
  • Badge wording for eligible Riders: Upgradeable to Host.
  • Eligibility / auto-upgrade and Launch remain different paths; Confirm Host is a light verification step, not a separate liquidity gate.

Rider → Host (early phase)

A Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL (SOL-equivalent depth) qualifies to become a Host.

Early phase prioritizes growth: more Hosts are better than only LPEPE. There is no sustained 48-hour or 72-hour hold requirement to earn Host status.

  • Eligibility: pool liquidity above 20 SOL (SOL-equivalent depth) on the Rider’s market.
  • Main path: auto-upgrade / eligibility when that depth clears — not a heavy manual Register gate above 20 SOL.
  • Light confirm: if you use Confirm / Register Host, it verifies mint and pool once you are already eligible — it is not a second hard liquidity bar.
  • Not required early: long sustained liquidity holds (no 48h / 72h Host warm-up hold).

Good Host support

A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.

When a token is a Rider of a Host, a good Host backs that Rider and helps grow its community. Aspirational product framing — not a legal duty or obligation.

  • Rider: locking onto a Host means joining a Host community that can help the Rider grow.
  • Host: a good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.
  • Does not replace trade-fee economics or Register Host / Launch Rider rules — it sits alongside them as product framing.

Confirm Host (light verification)

In the early phase, eligibility is the main path: pool liquidity above 20 SOL qualifies a Rider (or off-site mint) to act as a Host. Confirm / Register Host is a light verification of mint and pool once eligible — not a separate hard gate above 20 SOL, and not a long sustained-liquidity hold. Protocol revenue comes from Rider trade fees, not from confirmation.

RuleDetail
Fee No large registration fee — network gas only. Optional tiny anti-spam deposit (0.05–0.2 SOL), refundable when the Host opens or after N Riders.
Liquidity (early) Above 20 SOL SOL-equivalent pool depth qualifies. No sustained 48h / 72h hold. Growth first — more Hosts beat Host-only-on-LPEPE.
Mint Plain mint — no freeze authority, transfer fee, hooks, or permanent delegate.
Confirm step Light check that mint and pool match eligibility — verification once eligible, not a second liquidity bar or long warm-up hold.
Depth Two Rider layers max per token; dual-role OK.
Revenue From Rider trade fees, not Host confirmation.
Good Host support A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.

Open Confirm Host

Liquidity drop → migrate to LPEPE

If a Host’s pool liquidity later falls below the ≥20 SOL threshold, all existing Riders on that Host are remapped / migrated to LPEPE — they become LOCKED PEPE’s Riders.

  • This overrides any earlier “pause new launches only” idea.
  • Applies on delist / under-threshold Hosts.
  • LPEPE remains the default recovery Host.

Launch Rider rules

Create a new Rider quoted in LPEPE (mint + LPEPE pool). This is not Register Host / Genesis Host.

  • Create on Lockon — mint + constant-product pool quoted in LPEPE.
  • Quote token: LPEPE (LOCKED PEPE).
  • Blocked until the off-site LPEPE mint is registered as Host.
  • No “Launch with SOL / $LOCK” funding toggle.
  • A good Host backs its Riders and helps grow their communities.
  • Later, a Rider with pool liquidity above 20 SOL qualifies to become a Host (early: no 48h/72h hold; light confirm). Two Rider layers max; dual-role OK. Failure remap = LPEPE.

Open Launch

Rider / Host trade fees → Host burn / deployer / treasury

These rules apply to Rider / Host markets only — not to $LOCK itself. Rider trades settle against the Host token. At launch, the deployer chooses 1% (default), 2%, or 3% — buy fee = sell fee = selected %, paid in Host token. Each side’s fee is then split:

Share of that feeDestinationEffect
50% Host burn (direct) Burns Host supply — Host deflation
30% Rider deployer Claimable Host tokens for the Rider creator
20% Protocol treasury Sold for SOL → 50% burn $LOCK / 50% gas for burns·Host sells·distributions, then $LOCK rewards

Of that Rider / Host treasury 20%

The 20% share is taken in Host token (early: LPEPE) and sold for SOL. Of the resulting SOL:

Share of SOL~Of each side’s feeDestination
50% ~10% Buy $LOCK and burn
50% ~10% Buys $LOCK for holder rewards (hourly stream)

On Rider / Host markets, the chosen rate applies per side — buy and sell each take the same %. Default is 1%. Choose 1%, 2%, or 3% when you launch. Of each fee: 50% Host burn / 30% deployer / 20% treasury. $LOCK fees stay 100% treasury.

Worked example (Rider / Host, default 1%)

Per-side notional (one buy or one sell) = 1,000,000 Host units at the default 1% tier. A round-trip pays 1% + 1%. At 2% or 3%, scale the fee row accordingly; the 50 / 30 / 20 split of the fee stays the same. This example is not the $LOCK market.

$LOCK market fees

$LOCK is the Lockon Token, not a Host and not a Rider. Its buy and sell fees are not split 50 / 30 / 20.

MarketFeeSplit
Rider / Host 1% / 2% / 3% buy + same sell (Host token; default 1%) 50% Host burn / 30% deployer / 20% treasury of the fee
$LOCK 1% buy + 1% sell 100% to protocol treasury — no Host burn, no deployer share

Do not apply the Rider 50/30/20 split to $LOCK trades. Only the Rider / Host treasury 20% (sold for SOL) funds the burn / reward split above. $LOCK fees stay 100% in treasury.

$LOCK holder rewards

Funded by the Rider / Host treasury reward half: treasury Host token (early: LPEPE) is sold for SOL; 50% of that SOL buys $LOCK for holders. $LOCK buy/sell fees do not feed this split — they go 100% to treasury. Every 1 hour, the pot opens and Lockon automatically sends $LOCK evenly over that hour — payout activity every minute across 60 minutes. There is no manual claim. The other half of treasury SOL buys and burns $LOCK.

  • Cadence: pot / round opens every 1 hour
  • Stream: within that hour, rewards are sent evenly over time so there is payout activity every minute (auto-send $LOCK, not SOL)
  • Min pot: distribute only if pot ≥ 50,000 LOCK; otherwise roll into the next hour
  • Eligibility order:
    1. Start from holders with balance > 100,000 LOCK
    2. Drop trading pool / AMM / LP vault addresses (Raydium, Orca, Meteora, pump curve vaults, and other known pool/vault ATA owners) — never pay pools
    3. Drop wallets with continuous hold ≤ 6 hours
    4. Rank the remaining set by balance → take Top 1000 only
    5. Top 1000 cutoff: the LOCK balance of the #1000 eligible holder (minimum balance to be in the current Top 1000 after the filters above) — shown on the homepage as Top 1000 cutoff: XXX,XXX LOCK
  • Dust: payouts below a small floor roll into the next hour
  • Delivery: auto-send only (no claim CTA). Prefer sending only to wallets that already have a $LOCK ATA so the protocol does not pay rent to create accounts
  • Burns: Rider / Host treasury buyback burns of $LOCK are shown on the homepage $LOCK market block; tap for explorer txs. That block also states $LOCK trade fees go 100% to treasury
  • UI: homepage shows hourly cycle + per-minute stream; Latest payout list updates about every 1 second (keeps 3 rows, explorer links); burn totals on the $LOCK market block

Homepage may mention the Rider / Host reward share once; full fee math remains in the Rider / Host and $LOCK fee sections above.

Lifecycle

  2. Host ready — mint / pool verified; open for Rider launches
  3. Launch Rider on Lockon — Quote: LPEPE (Host)
  4. Good Host support — backs its Riders and helps grow their communities
  5. Trade Rider — priced against Host token
  6. Rider / Host: choose 1% / 2% / 3% (default 1%) on buy and on sell in Host — split 50 / 30 / 20 of the fee per side
  7. Rider / Host treasury 20% → sell Host for SOL → 50% buy & burn $LOCK + 50% buy $LOCK for holder rewards
  8. $LOCK trades: 1% buy + 1% sell · 100% to treasury (no Host burn, no deployer, no 50/30/20)
  9. Optional later: Rider above 20 SOL → Host (two Rider layers max)
